I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.
