1). Painting of Walls (internal) - undercoat and 2 coats at m2. 2). Painting of soffit (already with rhinolite plaster) 1 coat at 54m2. 3). Painting of ceiling board at 39.5m2 4). Painting of x3 new timber doors and frames with varnish (1 coat) 5). Painting of new double garage size timber door with varnish (1 coat)
Hi I just bought this house and would like to make some adjustments to fit my liking. I need the main bedroom to be extended including a bathroom, need the kitchen to be completely renovated, need the visitor's toilet to be completely renovated as well, need the living room to be remodelled (some middle will need to be broken down) I would rather prefer an onsite quote, the boundary quote need to be built as well...

Add a double garage, rear stoep roof extension and external wall for an entertainment area, front stoep to be converted to the walk-in closet and maybe the on-suite bathroom. We need lawn and flower bed maintenance for a space that is larger than SQM. It is a community sized lawn that is frequently used for events, flower beds that reside on publicly used areas that are prone to litter. irrigation systems have already been installed and we would like to get a price indication of costs associated in maintaining the area.
