Imterior specs: Ground floor: open plan kitchen and lounge.with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom with an ensuite and 1 joined shower and toilet joined. I am looking at costing for additions/alterations to my existing house. The additions should be approximately 70sqm. I need a 4th bedroom added and my main bedroom extended. This is an Old Town House. I need to add more cupboards and in order to do so need the bedroom extended by 0.5 meters extended for the addition of cupboards. My idea is that the current kitchen be turned into a bedroom and add in another kitchen.
