I have an old house that needs a face lift. It’s a 3 bedroom house. I need a quote on removing a wall between the kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. I also need a quote on removing a wall between the toilet room and bathroom to create a one bathroom. We’d like to change the floors from carpet to vinyl throughout the house and update the popcorn walls to flat walls. Some of the walls have cracks in them and I’m not sure if they can just be plastered. We’d also like to update the bathroom and kitchen by adding new cabinets, basins, etc. Basically a full renovation. We are simply looking for quotes at this stage as we’d like to know how much we need before we can begin with the renovations
Normal front door needs replacement (I am not too concerned about looks, so am open to suggestions as to what type) - currently wood but this is the 2nd door in the last 15 years so need some advice. We currently have paving which the roots of trees had ruined, and we already removed the trees but not the roots. We want to remove the compelte paved area and add grass. The existing paving is approximately 40-50m2. Then we want to add about a 3mx3m area of paving. We have 3,5 garden beds which we want to ‘finish off’ We also want to add edging to the garden beds.

I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.
