I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
I need electrician to install a backup power system on a house. All components: batteries, inverters, wires, connectors ect will be supplied. The batteries and inverters will be installed in the garage of the house, power will run from the main db board to the inverter to charge the batteries, then back out from the batteries to the inverter to the db board into the house.

I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.
