I’m looking to fix my property due to the damages that were caused by a tenant. Here is the list of areas that need painting: 1. The ceiling needs painting approximately 5x12 meters 2. The bedroom wall that the tenant painted with a different shade. It measures about 3x5 meters. 3. This wall needs to be fixed and painted. It measures about 3x0.5 meters. 4. The wall on the left needs to be repainted it measures about 3x7 metres. 5. The whole bathroom needs painting and the dimensions are approximately 5x1.5 meters around 3 walls and the other wall would be a 5x0.5. 6. The area around the switch needs to be fixed and painted.

The areas requiring attention include: Conversion of wooden floors to tiled floors throughout the entire flat Revamp of the kitchen, including cabinets, stove, sink, and countertops Conversion of the bathroom from a bathtub to a shower, and installation of a new toilet and basin with a washing machine outlet Installation of new wardrobe cupboards in the bedroom Replacement of several windows with aluminum frames, including one on the balcony, one in the bathroom, and one in the kitchen Installation of a new front door and frame with a security gate (non-trellis) As I will be in Durban during July, I would appreciate it if we could arrange a meeting to discuss the details and obtain a comprehensive cost estimate for the entire revamp project.
