I am looking to hire 1 CPO who will be a live-in guard that also travels with me (the principal) whenever I leave the country on my 2-4 week long trips around 4 times a year. The CPO doesn’t necessarily have to live with me, but I would like him/her to drive me (the principal) around whenever I am going to the mall or out and about outside my estate (la como lifestyle estate) i leave the house maybe 3-4 times a week (usually i am outside the house for the majority of the afternoon and evening - 10am till 10pm at the very latest) I would also once in a while request the CPO to fetch/transport any of my family members and protect a family member of mine (i would be home in most of those times) this wouldnt be a weekly thing but might occur 1-3 times a month at most. I am not a government official nor am I a high profile client nor am I famous/well known. Just a normal man looking to keep myself and my family safe. Hiring timeframe is 6-12 months. We own a small block of 9 flats in Langebaan and 2 small apartments in outbuildings. We wish to enter into a regular monthly maintenance contract with a suitable maintenance company. The building is currently in good repair. The buildings are +/- m2 in extent. Maintenance will require will be general, such as paint touch ups, drain unblocking when required, Electric gate maintenance, plumbing and electrical maintenance, roof maintenance when required, in some instances cleaning, occasional carpentry work, etc.

Good morning, I am looking to fence one of the perimeters of my property. The property is completely fenced. However, the northern side, where the Accommodation & Vegetable Patch is, the fence has been broken by the squatters living in the adjacent property to make a path to the road. I seek to put up an impenetrable barrier on that side to avoid this. I have attached a Google Maps image of what I'm referring to. Please could you provide some options and a quote for this.

It's my son's 6th birthday. The event will be held on our small holding in Protea Ridge, Krugersdorp. He wants a Dinosaur theme (more realistic like Jurassic world- not animated). I do have tables, but would prefer if everything can be provided. The setup will be done in the Lapa/entertainment room. Snack platters and party packs and maybe something like juice. If you have a connection for the cake, otherwise I'll get someone. We would like to get a jumping castle or some sort of entertainment.
