Garage Multiple leaks at garage area that causes floor to be wet and mouldy when it rains. In garage there are beams, and at one location there is a vertical rise (wooden planks), with eroded plastic insulation. Gaps in between wooden planks as well. And then, is it leaking in other parts of roof as as well? Area 2: Over time, wear and tear occured where the two parts of the house meet (old and new, roof). Likley in the insulation structures.
