I now live in an old farm house in which the carpets are very old and very stinky. I have a budget. I got a quote for vinyl flooring with skirting amd sealant and self-leveling, but it's too far above my budget. I'm willing to do laminate and see what's the best quote I can get. I wanted sealant because there seems to be water coming in, but we've sealed the roof and the courtyards where there's water build up during rain.

Good day, I am currently with another tax company for 3 registered businesses that I have. 1 is dormant for now, another is trading but has not made any income yet and the third is the PTY I use to invoice my US employers and then pay myself salaries and the only one making money at the moment. Until I begin making an income revenue stream from the other two, I am paying everything out of pocket. I need a complete quote that shows what I would be paying monthly for general accounting, all the returns (as is with 0 zero on 2 of them) and financial statements I would need to do.
