I have paid in a huge amoumt of tax this year. My tax consultant informed me that this was as a result of my monthly net retirment income and my high income from property investment and financial investment. Seeing Clinical psychologist and have been to 2 psychiatric, I am not happy with the service and thus would like a second opinion re psychiatrist and the medication I was put on. Seeing my clinical psychologist on a weekly basis, since September to date. First appointment with the psychiatrist was on the 18th of December , follow up was on the 5th of March . I am still not happy and thus seeing a second opinion. Was referred to Dr by Prof Joanna Botha, one of my University Professors who forwarded Dr’s details and gave consent to use Prof’s name and surname as a point/person of reference. Diagnosis: sever depression, anxiety, OCD and ADHD. I am on Exlov mg, Rivotril 0.5 (2 at night) 1/2 in the morning, Concerta 54mg 1 morning and 36mg one afternoon; and im also on Dormicum 7mg 1 at night. Suicidal thoughts, wanted to commit suicide last year; it’s been coming back. I also suffer from panic attacks.

Hi, I have a two story complex. I have a LuxPower SNA inverter and two Dyness 5.12KVA batteries installed. The complex has a concrete roof. I need about watts of panels installed. The available area is about 6x5 meters. All I need is the panels installed with wiring to the fuse box (already installed). The panels should be installed horizontally. Hi, My wooden single garage door needs repair. The one tip up jam arm nut broke. I releases the spring to relieve the pressure on the nut. Ideally I would like both tip up arms to be replaced. I also require a quote for a complete replacement with a roller door, cheapest please. The door size is 2.26 metre wide and 2.16 metre height. There is a purline frame around the door which is excluded from the measurement.
