My house has a pitched tile roof with no undertile membrane/sheeting. There's no barrier against wind and dust, and is not % waterproof. The house is extremely cold in winter. I need to insulate to keep warm, but want roof fixed first.

I need a small single wall built and two bare walls plastered. I need two doors installed. I need the remaining walls cleaned up and skimmed. And then a little bit of patching and fix-up.
