Good day I live at 37 Jim Fouche Rd, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. I am on an elevated part of the mountain and I have a neighbour who is below. I had a wall which collapsed. I have removed it since then. I need someone to look at the area carefully and analyse to determine what to build. I have an idea that I need a retainer wall at the very least. The last structural engineer i had look at it made some suggestions but I am not convinced it is the right one as it encroaches on my neighbours property. I do have permission from my neighbour, verbally but I need proper documentation to avoid any issues in future.
