I have tried to come to an agreement with my wife regarding the division of our belongings and estate but she's not willing to have any form of discussion, but I want this to be resolved as quickly as possible, please help. I don't earn much- my net salary is below R so it must be affordable as I don't want to drown in depts trying to get a divorce.
Married with accrual, nearly 2 years. Wife made me resign to go to rehab. Subsequently doesn't want me back won't give me my car to work as I'm a rep ( car was bought before marriage) house after marriage. House in her name but still falls in line with the way we married. I want a portion of the house and alimony. If I leave there I leave with the clothes on my back and go to the streets.
Protection order against mother and brother in law , very abusive, fake case numbers posted social media.Death thread infront of my kids , ,numerous attempts by mother in law run off with 1 of my daughters. . Year. . After extreme abuse (husband) he was arrested October . Currently out on bail Result of reporting his abuse and drug abuse my inlaws came after me again . 1. Children court 2 days after that application for protection order against me by brother in law then received another application for protection order against me by my husband (withdrawn) I have overwhelming evidence against all above mentioned. Court date 20 March . Show cause I'm refusing to accept his application protection order. As all grounds are false, their actions, intimidation, emotional abuse, even stated on previous appearance im committing extraution and has proof. Magistrate asked if he does have proof he stated yes she advised him to open a case ... he clearly said right after appearance . No case I enquiried 4 times at my investigation officer. This people are slowly Draining me from all I have . I need representation on 20 March budget small just to show evidence proof the fact that I'm not at fault all can be proven
Hi- I'm busy with a legal issue since - outstanding amount of , for commission owing. Just require a 2nd opinion. We have been awarded 2 pre trial cases with costs for advocate fees. Case cannot continue till I pay advocate 30 upfront for next case.- or for my lawyers to set up a court date. I am the plaintiff- my ex principle has continuosly been using delaying tactics. My question is- are there any advocates that would take on a case like this pro Bono? The odds are in my favour. Please advise. Thanks
- The accused is 20 year boy. - The victim is a woman. - The accused was angered by the woman insults, calling him guy who is fucked in the anus. The accused wanted to assault the victim but he was restrained by the his mother and sister. - The victim went to police station to open a case. there was no physical injuries sustained evident to the police.
I am 65 years old. Was married for 35 years then got divorced. After some years I met my current partner. We have been living together for 4 years. I received R1million from my divorce settlement. With that money and from the sale of my motor vehicle I managed to purchase the house we are living in at the moment. Unfortunately I did a silly thing and had the house registered in my name as well as my partners name. We had a verbal agreement that if I put the house in both our names then my partner would have to share everything he had with me. Meaning we would be living as if we were married in community of property. My partner is 68 and was retrenched. He did however find other employment. Salary around R per month plus he receives a monthly pension of around R. Things are not going well between us. I want to leave him but he now refuses to give me half of his salary and his pension. Says I am only entitled to half the proceeds of the house and some household items. He has a hobby collection worth around R1million. I put money towards this collection as well. I would like to know where I stand financially with this. For example....can I claim half his hobby collection, half his salary, half his vehicle and half his pension?

Good evening,I was wrongfully arrested by police with wrongful statement that was made by the company im working,and the supervisor who gave police statement kept on changing statements to police,one docket it has three statements of my supervisor due to he was biased by the company just for me to lose my job and get arrested for something i did not do.I do have whatsup conversation with my supervisor apologizing for what he did and he was not aware that they are throwing him under the bus the arrest was made on the 15/07/24 got released on the 17/07/24 even now the case is still on.im asking for lawsuit for this company,also I was suspended for the very same case at work and i won the case because the chairman saw that I was innocent and the supervisor was biased.The supervisor was instructed by the team leader to go with us to clean the old warehouse under his supervisor and he instructed us to load the old roller door in the truck after a month i was by my team leader asking about it and i told her the supervisor instructed us to load it then the supervisor was made company witness and i was the only one who got arrested during winter slept with dirty blankets for nothing.I have case number for that case please im asking for help even today the very same supervisor and team leader they are still after me at work,im working under oppression please im deeply humbly asking for help and the security officer was there when we loaded the roller door he even witnessed that it was not theft and we did not dismantled the roller door pieces of roller door were laying down on the floor. I don't want anything from the marriage but she still insist that I agree to pay all marriage debts even when I don't want anything from settlement. I don't have any debts in the marriage but all hers and majority of those debts she made without talking to me first, telling me its her money but now im the one who should pay for them. If she wants me to pay then she is forcing that everything is decided in half, which wasn't what I want. She gave served me with dirvoce papers and all I wanted was signing the papers so she could be free as she said her life would be better without me All I want is giving her the divorce she wanted and start afresh with my life. I hope you are well as you receive this email. I'm in a process of getting reimbursement from LPFF after filing a claim as recommended by LPC after the findings of their investigation. Now my problem is that, the lawyer Mr Phillip Masiza who has been interdicted by LPC from practicing after seizing all the files except mine is nowhere to be found and LPFF needs copy of it or proof of sequestration if there's one to release the funds. I would like to request you to check if there's a sequestration order issued for him by the courts of law because that's my only option and hope since he can't be located or advise what I can do legally to force him to submit my file to both LPC and LPFF.
