I would like it to be a marketplace / multivendor site, it must be a platform for vendors to create their online store and sell their products. People must be able to see and follow their store. Products must only show to the shopper's specific geolocation. The DB needs to sync with an app that will be made in the future. It also needs to have a directory, a blog and a vendor resource blog

I would like to create a site that will require log in details for clients to access the site. They would then need to select items from different sections that would filter through like a Shopping basket selection. This information then needs to be stored under the clients names/policy number or log in credentials on a data base. In addition to this I would like to have this accessible on their mobile devices to be able to update any of their information at any given time. I would also like the functionality to agree to the terms and conditions and to add banking details and consent for monthly debit orders.
I want an admin web page that is interfaced to a database. This database will have registered users, these users perform a fleet inspection on an android phone (this I will do myself) and updates onto the database. The admin web app will use this data to display a dashboard of the fleet inspection results, it will show the users and inspections by user or by vehicle. The admin web app should also have an interface to register users with their job designation.
