My deceased husband worked for government. He died in . When he passed I received money from GEPF. When I did my Tax return last year I learned that I owe Sars a large amount of money. I went to Sars many times since last year November to make payment arrangement but I still get final demand emails. I do however pay them off every month as per arrangement, but there's no evidence in the App that there was a payment arrangement made. Every time I go in the one blames the other. Anyway, my friend did my Tax return for and apparently I owe Sars R . I need advise and would also like to know if you can assist by maybe resubmitting to see if she did it correct based on my situation. Sars now Tax me based on the year I received the lump sum of money from GEPF. I am now also a provisional Tax payer because I get my husband's pension every month and my salary.
