A lot of loose items in one bedroom (we buy and sell items on regular basis). Home has last been deep cleaned more than 5 years ago. We do not have time to deep clean ourselves (Floors are cleaned twice a week and walls/ cupboards once a month) Photos of spareroom, dining/kitchen area and lounge attached.
I need the cleaning for the 1st of December. We bought a new home. It has 2 bathrooms, and two toilets. Four bedrooms, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. There are no carpets or upholstery. There are currently people living there, they are very neat but they have dogs coming in and out of the house and as Muslims we need the house to be properly cleaned before moving our things into the home as it is against our religion to have dogs in the home. Please give me a call so that we can discuss and can make an informed decision. It is just an empty house that will need a proper clean, including inside cupboards and walls too.
I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.
i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. There may be one cabinet door in the kitchen that will need to be painted as well.
needs to use eco products as to not affect the septic system. Ironing cant be done as we do not own a ironing board. as well as washing will be done by hand by owner if someone can just help her wring it out and obviously hang up and take down and fold up.as she has no strength in her hands and machine is not connected.
Carpet cleaning. I am not too sure with regards to the size of the carpet that needs to be cleaned because it is for three different areas and some carpeting in the reception area as well. I am open to arranging an appointment for you to come and take proper measurements. Looking for someone who will be fair and reasonable with pricing.

Please email me. I have a small 3 bedroom house (86m2) which I will be moving out of 7 Dec. It will be empty and I will require fixed carpets cleaned in the 3 bedrooms (total of 33,17m2). Cheap carpets. I will also require a general cleaning of the house if you do that, plus the inside of built in cupboards in the kitchen and main bedroom. Budget version please, I do not need all the extra bells and whistles.
Hi there We have just done some renovations and the older part of the house is incredibly dusty. Need an urgent floor, window and all surface clean. Also need curtains cleaned if possible or a recommendation. I am not % certain on the size, but it is a large open plan kitchen dining and living area, two small bedrooms and one bathroom. 1. Coloured walls need to be repainted to original colour. 2. All holes in the walls to be filled. 3. There are multiple ceiling boards either missing or damaged; they need to be replaced. 4. Conduits and double sided tape to be removed before painitng. 5. Light switches and plug points with paint on need to be cleaned. if possible: 6. Some of the dry walling panels were removed, and it have to be replaced.
