I would like to modernize and furnish a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point for personal use and potential short-term rental when I am not in Cape Town. My taste/style skews modern, minimalist (I will provide photos of other houses/apartments). I will need to completely furnish the apartment and am looking for layout, design ideas, and interior styling/decorating ideas.
