Hi I am looking for a spit braai lamb with an alternative meat, some sides and salads and maybe dessert. It is a 30th Birthday party. To be cooked on site and then removed after service. It is a small venue (home garden around a pool) so just one table for serving and seating for older guests (8-10). 22-24 people on 4th November (early evening meal) in Umgeni Park, Durban North. We would like the gate to allow for a standard car to drive through, so roughly 3 metres or more wide, and roughly 2 metres high so that people can't jump over, as we are trying to implement this gate into a courtyard community in Langa, and we are installing an urban farm in the courtyard (however it is currently open to anyone walking past, but we are worried about theft so we thus want to install the gate). The CWDM requests quotations from service providers able to supply the following: Starters: A selection of home baked breads and spreads ( real butter, pates, cheeses and jams). To be served at 11h30 Mains: A traditional lamb spit braai, served with roast baby potatoes and onions, and 2 Salads. We are getting married and I am looking for a local caterer - the wedding is an informal garden wedding, approximately 35 guests and will be a lunchtime event. I would like canapes to be served around the pool prior to the service, then a 2-course buffet (main and dessert) with a selection of lamb, chicken and beef (and maybe pork), veggies, rice and salads. No idea about dessert yet, but maybe the caterer can come up with some ideas. Do you also provide glasses in addition to the plates and silverware? Please call me to discuss if you need to.
