SCOPE OF WORK To design a new house, plus minus m2 / m2 total floor area, with the following accommodation schedule: • 1x Main bedroom with En-Suite and dresser. • 1x Bedroom with En-Suite. • 1x Study that eventually could be used as a 3rd bedroom - guest toilet included with separate access. • Open plan Living area that opens up onto a big covered patio area for outdoor living. • Kitchen area with separate scullery. • Double garage with additional storage area camping equipment.
Current the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dinning, kitchen and single garage. From what I remember their wishes would be to enlarge most of the rooms in the house and to have a double garage. They already have a plan but I think they want to change it so can I contact you again when I have all the details? I just wanted an estimate of how much a house plan would cost for now.
Hi. I am currently working on a project of starting my own car wash-café in Tembisa. My idea is to have a small café that will cater for my customers whilst they wait for their cars to be washed. The café will be erected on a space no more than 8m× 4,5 m. I wish for the car wash café to be distinct from the ones around the neighbourhood and surrounding areas- hence I introduced a café. I would like a black bold interior with lighting that makes clients feel welcomed and comfortable. An L shaped couch and a small table to go with it. And a few silver steel chairs and tables to match with it. I wish for a setting that will accommodate people who come in as groups, pairs and or individuals. And also a counter on the right. The building has sliding doors facing towards the car wash through the 8metre side.. just to give a picture of the scenery.

We already have and guy who can draft for us, the only issue is that he doesn't have a SACAP number witch obviously will cause problems for when we want to send to council. So we want a architect to basically sign of our existing plans if possible to send to council. We are also aware that, that could also not sit well with other architects but since we have a tight budget, we can afford the guy drawing the plans for us Will have to ask the drafter for the exact amount but I think it's about the 8 spare meters or less

House is fenced from the sides and back, but no fence in front. I want a reverse L-shaped fence, from the one side of the house to the front. Side wall must be brick and plaster(white wall), and front wall must be brick and plaster foundation that's not higher than 30cm, with 3 brick and plaster pillars. Between the pillars, I will apply palisade fencing(steel, painted green).
I have recently bought a house that needs a face lift. It is currently a 3 bedroom place but looking into turning it into en-suite bachelor flats with kitchenettes. This renovation will involve putting up a 2 dividing dry walls and construction of 2 bathrooms and 3 kitchenettes. I prefer email communication.
I want to add a master bedroom that is ensuite with walk in closet and an double garage in front and a dining room with a living room, a bigger and open kitchen. My first bedroom should be wider as well. 2 pillars on the garage and a veranda with 2 pillars on the main door and a small veranda with 2 pillars on the kitchen door.
