Was hoping you could help us out as well I intend to build a 3 room/lounge and bedroom with attached bathroom extension to a currently standing house. Lounge: 10 x 7m Bedroom: 7 x 7m Bathroom: 5 x 4m Please could you advise me on how much would this cost incl labour and materials etc. Please do advise the difference in cost if we build a double storey instead of single. Need space to house a caravan and a trailer (approx. 6 x 7m with a minimum height of 2.7m). I want the carport to double as a garage, i.e. closed sides and roll-up doors, and also a pedestrian entrance door. The area needs to be deforested, levelled and paved, you may include this in your quote or I could source an alternative provider for this.
I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. We're purchasing a home in Westdene and a general home inspection revealed some defects in the roof. Would like to do a four bedroom 3 bathroom double story almost beach style house.
