Two bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and one toilet. Would like to add a dinning room. Nothing has been done since the early '80 when it was built. The plan is to flip the house and renovat it and add a room. Considering that it is a old structure, would like change the roofing, timber, and ceiling. Plastering, tiling, electricity and plumbing.
Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. - Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.
Upgrade of bathroom: remove existing tiles on floors and walls; Install new mid-range tiles; convert large shower into a bath/shower combo with clear partition and recessed shelf; upgrade existing double vanity with new countertop, sinks, and hardware; remove bidet but keep existing toilet; paint section of walls where not retiled; (Not sure if plans are required?)
Important notes: 1. Property to be built on a private nature reserve. 2. Erf is zoned as rural. 3. There is no electricity, so it will require a generator if need be. 4. NO TRUCKS can reach the stands. The roads allow for bakkies, possibly with a trailer. 3 Tonne truck should also be fine. 5. Builders are not allowed to stay on the stand overnight. There is accommodation available at the farm gate (about 10km or so from the stand).

Hi, I live in a complex with a garden that consist only out of grass. I need a gardening service that can help with initial clean-up of relatively maintained garden and then to help with lawn weed control, especially in the back garden, and lawn-mowing and general maintenance of the garden/lawn. I don't think it will be necessary to come in every week. Maybe just for the 1st month to get everything under control and thereafter every 2 weeks. It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.
Advise on what and how to plant in different seasons. Starting now for autumn and winter short flowering plants. I'm clueless but like prettiness..so must be colourful. Would you dig trenches and mulch them for sweet peas .cut down illegal little trees branches popping up from neighbours yard especially than awful bug weed I like my lawn relatively free for dogs and grandchildren to play Also I'm a pensioner..with a spinal fusion on my lower back there fore would be able to help much...no car either 2 do the shopping..but I can come with you to buy whatever.
