Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.
i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. 1. Coloured walls need to be repainted to original colour. 2. All holes in the walls to be filled. 3. There are multiple ceiling boards either missing or damaged; they need to be replaced. 4. Conduits and double sided tape to be removed before painitng. 5. Light switches and plug points with paint on need to be cleaned. if possible: 6. Some of the dry walling panels were removed, and it have to be replaced.
I am guessing the roof area at +- M2? This is a 2 bedroomed house with a 4 -triangled roof facing 4 ways. One section receiving direct rain needs extra attention and the rest still reasonable. You will probably check all measurements on internet Google maps etc. Quote to paint roof in green please. This must wait untill mid to end January'24
Remove existing toilet, pedestal basin and taps, medicine cabinet, 2xtowel rails, hand towel holder, toilet paper holder and toothbrush holder. Replace above. The pedestal basin is replaced with a cabinet basin. I am out of town from December 23 through 30, so any time before or after that would be great.
When there is a rain everytime my house is flooded with rain water coming from the shower drain trap, bathroom drain trap . What is worse is the sewer and storm water drain pipes they release in the yard. It looks like there is a blockage in house pipes. Can you kindly send me a quote please see how i get affected.
Existing quadrant shower rail does not attach properly to the side brackets on the wall. The rail lifts and had in the past caused one of the sh9wer doors to fall and shatter. I installed a new shower door however the problem with the top rail persists. I wouod wondering is someone could assist to remove the old fault shower f.rame and install a new decent one for me
