Quote for a house on a farm about 25 km from Modimolle There is a borehole. 2 x bedroom on suit with lounge and kitchen in the middle. Right-hand side. 1 x bedroom on the left and 1 bedroom on the right. Lounge and kitchen in the middle of the unit. Like a u-shape. Same setup on the left-hand side. In the middle a the back a butchery set up with a cold room. In the middle of the 2 units a fire place - boma set up. Nice but not the fancy. Additional quote for solar and 2 x solar geysers and 2 gas stoves.
