House still busy with transfer, looking at mid september occupation. There is a slanted high ceiling in the lounge / dining room areas so the kitchen wall seems almost like a double high wall to the slanted roof. Good day, we are looking to build a tiny home of not more than 70m2 - 90m2 in the Rosendal, Free State area. The home should consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower in the bath) an open plan living and kitchen area as well as a stoep, all on one level. The erf is not sloped and flat, but the area consist of clay and I would suggest a floating foundation. The shape of the roof is not so important, so sloped or flat.

I have a stoep ceiling that needs replacing that was damaged with the strong wind, we also have the roof leaving that looks like a board is loose and this has caused water damaged on the vinal flooring that also needs to be repaired, Insurance has approved these repairs but need someone that can do it all.

Are you working with a glass company by any chance who builds it in for you? when it comes to windows, we need to know the type of windows i.e. thickness . We are in the place where we have to remove the old windows and replace it with the new. So windows need to be removed and replaced.
