Add 2 large windows and a door on the adjacent wall Outside the garage is a covered open parking which I would also like to convert to a closed parking as follows: 1. Add a large gate to make it a closed parking 2. Add metal bars on top of the adjacent durawall similar to the ones on the opposite wall

1. Remodel an existing garage, with adjoining servant's quarter, into one big area (intending to use it as home office space). 2. Upgrade an existing separate servant's toilet, with new modern fittings. 3. Enclose an existing double carport, for use as a new garage. Or build a new double garage, depending on regulations. 4. Remodel/rebuild an existing lapa area with built-in braai. The current supporting structure is a combination of bricks and sleeper wood, with a thatched roof. Want to change the supporting structure to be bricks only and replace thatch with tiles, in full. Keeping built-in braai, in place. 5. Getting the plans in order, after that the building will commence.
