We have a residential property which contains a main house and 3 flatlets. The flatlets are let out and the newest occupant is presenting problems. Since occupation in June, the other tenants and family who occupy main house are plagued by raucous parties, verbal abuse, vulgar language and week long parties at all hours of the day and night. The new tenant has quickly connected with shadier elements in the neighbourhood and we are battling with an influx in traffic and dodgey visitors who do not belong and are being housed despite strict laws concerning stay over guests. There has been two incidents of theft and a few nights ago a young man was found lurking around in the backyard. We would like to address the problem and prevent such activities as some of the characters now frequenting the property are believed to be involved in drug trafficking and are persons of interest in ongoing investigations in our area. There are young women and children and we are concerned for the safety. What would costs be for 3 days, 15 days, and 30 days?
I preferably need one lady working with one or two helpers maximum. I do not want people banging furniture or stair case with vaccum cleaners and ladders and I need people who get in their hands and knees to wash and rinse my tiled floors. In other word I do not want half job. My home is double stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good day We are hosting a huge concert/festival on the 23rd of July, which is called 'carry-6-packer'. The event is organised and planned by Wilgenhof residence in Stellenbosch. We need some big security guards/bouncers to be at every entrance and to oversee the crowd during the night. We aim to have approximate 5 people at the carry-6-packer, so we need quite a few quite a few guards. It's important that the guards/bouncers is professional and trustworthy. - The ad hoc cleaning would be one day only, usually to cover illness in the team (at short notice), or to cover public holidays, etc. as our office never closes even for public holidays o Probably around 8-9 hours o Basic cleaning in the kitchen/staff lounge: loading & unloading dishwashers, surface sanitization every 2 hours, sanitization of desks and PCs at shift end (either 15h00 or 23h00, depending on which shift is being covered) o Ad hoc cleaning and assisting as required (spills, etc.) o Although bathrooms are not our responsibility, we spray surface sanitizer in the bathrooms every few hours as well (no cleaning, just spray and let settle) - The night shift would be as follows: o weekly, 5 nights a week, from 23h00 to 07h00 (this can be moved but not by much as other shifts end at 00h00 and/or start at 06h00 and I need an overlap for handover, etc) o Basic cleaning in the kitchen/staff lounge: loading & unloading dishwashers, surface sanitization every 2 hours, sanitization of desks and PCs at shift end (either 15h00 or 23h00, depending on which shift is being covered) o Although bathrooms are not our responsibility, we spray surface sanitizer in the bathrooms every few hours as well (no cleaning, just spray and let settle)
