I do not have the parts myself and would like to be advised whether the faucets can be prov8ded or if I should get them myself for installation.

The dwelling consists partly of the original timber framed & clad unit possibly constructed years ago plus 's extensions providing two enlarged bathroom, two additional bedrooms and kitchen. The existing legacy installation requires to be tested for safety/compliance. Earth resistance of a socket outlet circuit in the original timber frame & clad building is unacceptably high. Installation consists largely of conductors in steel conduit which is employed as the earth return. Some wiring consists of twin & earth cable possibly installed during the 's. The dwelling consists of lounge/dining room, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, shower room & garage where a more recent DB has been installed. The property is rented to tenants.
We are staying now for two years at the place. In these two years the wall on the other side of shower and Linen cupboard are constantly wet. Either the tiles were laid down without waterproofing. We just suspect a quick fix was done before we moved in. We would want to find out where the leakage is. And how much to fix or to put in a bath in the place of the shower.

I am almost % sure but needs be checked...I I am pretty sure Iam paying electricity for at least another 2 units here. Its an old original farmhouse divided into 7 units ...Mine is upstairs where probably, the main distribution board is. I have had zero (literally zero) elec. used since midnight and yet my prepaid for past week has been reflecting vast usage...I keep a record of almost every day re what appliances used, how long the geyser is on for etc this makes NO sense. Single occupant on and soared up to R to R p.m. ridiculous no stove, no longer even a table top stove...no heating geyser was off...Kettle filled once or twice a day and boiling water put in thermo flask
All porcelain has been eaten away inside toile bowl where tenant poured and left pool acid in , the outlet to the toilet also has acid residue and damage. The push in pop out drain plug to the basin has been eaten away completely. The pipes underneath the basin leaks from I suppose the volumes of acid poured down it. I would need the toilet taken out and replaced, the waste pipe taken out and replace as well as the basin waste pipes, plug and waste trap
