We have 24 carports (steel) and a shade net for 3 cars. We would like to fix the current carports (steel) with new steel and fix the shade net. The other option would be to completely change the steel carports to shade nets, so we would like 2 different quotes: 1. Fixing current carports 2. Replace with shade nets I am available on email and WhatsApp throughout the day.

A water leak is coming from the first-floor bathroom. It has been leaking consistently for the past 6 months and we need to find out what the source is. We suspect that it is either coming from the shower base or the bathroom taps. Thank you. We have decided to replace the shower so the builder is going to check the leak as well Kindly CC me in the emails for quotes at
Hello I've got the metal roof that still needs to be redone and I'm not sure what type of roof is inside the house it's a normal roof white but I think water somehow went into the roof now it's just sitting there and causing my lights not to work and there's a leak next to the light bulb holder. I just need a quotation to see more or less how much it would cost to repair it.

After 1-2 days of continuous rainfall in our area water has somehow penetrated one section of our tiled pitched roof on the eastern side of our house and dammed up in a pool about 1 square meter wide on the inside of the lounge ceiling below from where it has saturated the surrounding ceiling board and dripped through nail holes into the lounge.
I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
It will be a 2 part build over different periods. 1st part will be the house, 3 bedroom ( all with on-suite bathrooms), open plan kitchen lounge and dining room, scullery/laundry room. 2nd part will be the Garage, this will be a 3 door, but with a large amount of space inside as I will be working on my private projects so this does need space. It will also include a bathroom and small kitchen area.
