I am the chairperson of a retirement estate in Greyton called The Country Village. The complex comprises 60 freehold houses, a bowling green, and clubhouse. We elect a committee every two years to run the day-to-day operations of the complex. Good day My pipes beneath my kitchen sinks came lose, and is now leaking, so it needs to be sealed or possibly replaced, I am not sure. My drain was blocked, so I losened one of the pipes in my cupboard. Managed to clear the blockage. I live in a block of flats, and my neighbour's and my kitchen sinks are connected to the same down pipe. Their washing machine water also goes down their kitchen sink. Hi there, I am looking to have a high security pedestrian gate installed in my complex perimeter fence to have access to the neighbouring external park outside the complex.
