I am seeking severance pay from my previous employer My submission is that i terminated my employment contract due to my employer s fault My employer stolen more than R-00 of my money by using fraudulent garnish order's He also stolen my money's R-00 using the section of the Public Service Act which was declared null and void by the Constitutional Court i then resigned and file a case of constructive dismissal the commissioner held that my employer s conduct was unlawful and is set aside but he says i am not constructively dismissed I made an urgent application to the Labour Court and seek the Court to grand me a further relief and then make that relief an order of the Court my prayers was granted but my employer refused to reinstate or to offer me alternative employment so i seek severance package
I am currently considering two color schemes: one with various pastels, and the other featuring a blend of dusty blue or Neptune tones with sage green. We’ve already secured the venue, along with a photographer, hair and makeup, and other essentials. The only remaining element is flowers and decor, but I’d prefer not to spend around 15, Rand on flowers. Instead, I’m leaning towards using artificial flowers or minimizing the floral decor to keep costs down.
