We have an existing shade port with a fixed front wall and 2 x side panels and an automated garage door. We have the garage door motor and 2 x fluorescent lights fitted to the roof support structure. The roof is in 2 x sections, with a flexible join in the middle. The existing material used does not provide sufficient waterproof cover. Depending on options available, we may consider replacing 2 x sides as well. Our priority is the roof area.

I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.
We want to have a motor installed for my mother's garage door which is currently operated manually. We want to do this if possible without having to replace the garage door, as she lives in a complex where all the garages need to look the same. Hello, we have a digidoor 3 motor that has blown in glenhills Durban North and we are looking for someone to replace the motor and chain. The door springs need to be tighted and the door needs to be serviced. The current setup is two rollup doors that are joined together by a bar that is hooked upto a digidoor motor. There was a company that erected carports at complexes and charged the complex a rental fee on a monthly basis. Not sure if you offer a similar service? Perhaps you know of a company? Price per carport +- 40 units ? The carports belong to the company and are not the property of the complex. A suggestion I would like to make to the Body Corporate
