If it’s 7 bedrooms, three has to be big rooms and three normal and the last one has to be a master bedroom. But if 10 bedrooms can fit, then, I can have one master bedroom and the rest normal. When our washing machine drains water after washing/rinsing, some of the watter comes back from the drain outlet. We've checked and took a video, the issue is not with the washing machine but where the water drains. We've extended the outlet pipe and inserted it deep into the drain, but it is still not working. We suspect it might be the way the drain was installed, with a number of corners before it reaches the main drain line.
Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap. The quotation must include construction of 40m new wall, two new vehicle roller gates and two new pedestrian swing gates.
