The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. Good quality wooden external door but not decorative
Need a double door opening to outside. Currently there is a wood and glass door and frame in the position, would like it replaces with aluminium and glass doors and frame. I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.

There is currently prefab walling in place but we wish to remove that and build a brick and mortar wall instead. The fence needs to be detachable to allow a truck to move in and out and lay down materials behind the fence needed for the building of the new brick and mortar wall. We therefore need a temporary fence for the time being to protect us against theft as this is something that has happened twice before and is a major issue. After the brick and mortar wall is finished/built we will need the fence to be removed.

Please can you provide quote for Wooden Laminated Flooring. Underfloor is provided already. The flooring is clip on and does not need glue. Also provide quote for 1 level of screed to cover heated under floor. Include material/cement. Use the attached strength. 54 sqm area needs flooring. 19 running meters for skating.
