1). Painting of Walls (internal) - undercoat and 2 coats at m2. 2). Painting of soffit (already with rhinolite plaster) 1 coat at 54m2. 3). Painting of ceiling board at 39.5m2 4). Painting of x3 new timber doors and frames with varnish (1 coat) 5). Painting of new double garage size timber door with varnish (1 coat)
43m2 flooring needs to be repaired and the needs to be toilet replaced too. May need to tile behind the toilet as well but you will see when you get here. Thank you
