Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. Concrete slab or Tile Roof Please see attached picture which will give you an idea.
There is a leak in the roof and I need someone to come out and check where the leakage could be.
I am not sure about the exact measurements of the house and I do not currently have plans either. I am trying to get them from the previous owner of the home. I need someone to contact me so that we can discuss and I will let you know exactly what I am needing.
