Renovating an old house, the house is built right on the sidewalk, so it has a massive backyard. Would like lots of lawn, and trees, i have 3 avo trees, a mango, lemon an peach i would like to plant somewhere aswell. I have water available. I am sending photos of what will be added to the house, at the back (new dwelling) and air photo. The property consists of 3 erfs we want to develope 2. 1 of sq and ine of sq. Will you send us samples with prices. I have calculate very roughly ZAR .00 for each. As I understand that the wooden frames arrive without the glass yet you are mentioning installation. Are you working with a glass company by any chance who builds it in for you? when it comes to windows, we need to know the type of windows i.e. thickness . We are in the place where we have to remove the old windows and replace it with the new. So windows need to be removed and replaced.
