Common area will need mowing the lawn, garden beds and general up-keep of property 94 wheelie bins: refuse removed and cleaning of bins daily and all garden rubble removed daily, property line to be kept clear when needed as reserve is adjacent to property
I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). I need a quote to maintain our yard's lawn. It is a sloping yard with one tree, but the tree does not need maintenance, it grows fairly slowly.
