I need a quote for a 1 bedroom 72 sqm cottage in nutec or timber. Bathroom will have a basin, toilet and a wetroom shower. High open ceilings. Built on stilts. All plumbing and electrical finishes as well as bedroom and kitchen cupboards. A deck. Gas Geyser, gas hob with electric oven. A veranda. My budget is tops R .00. Complete house and shell only with electrical and plumbing. I do not have plans but I do have a sketch (see attached). Must be a registered NHBRC builder. Building to be a building loan plot and plan with a bank.

Just bought a vacant land, I just want to have a double storey house. When you walk in the first thing you seee is a big hallway faced by stairs leading to the bedrooms . Each bedroom with ensuite and a walk in closet. I would love 3 bedroom up stairs and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs. I want a big kitchen that would oppositely face the dining room. Also want two lounges one large, and the other one medium small.

What is required is brickwork, roof, floor (pine), no sanding and painting, and the windows and door (Aluminium): Engineering drawing for pinning the roof against the walls. I have 2 projects 1 approx 78m2 replace corrugated with ibr., check seal and repair woodwork and barge boards / facials ,almost flat roof..this is a stand alone out building . 1 approx 30 m2 shingles replace with suitable solution.
