Will be ideally built on building line (no neighbors on the portion open veld) Add on to my kitchen and add ensuite bathroom to main bedroom & add afdak area for cars when guests visit.
I would like a qotation for the erection of an apartment type building on a 20mx20m piece of land, possibly 7mX6m per unit. Advise on estimated price for detailed building/ erection plan excluding material etc. Just require planning quotation for now if such is possible. Also looking for erection of a solid brick wall fencing structure for site plan. NB: Plan quote should exclude material prices just planning of the erection assistance is required for now.

I want a double story on existing house using nutec. 3 bedrooms one being on suit. One bathroom and a living room. Current house renovating downstairs into open plan so some walls need to cone down and some doors bricked up. 2nd flat of 90 sqm also nutec in back of property. Good day, I am considering to buy a house. Single level, approx m2. The current roof is very shallow compared to it's neighbours. There is also a mysterious leak that appears only once in a while. The shingles do look a bit worn as well. I was wondering how much it would cost to build a new roof in order to make it steeper with good insulation. Thank
We want to build 3 bedrooms, kitchen,dining and lounge open plan, double garage and 2 bathrooms. I want flat roof parapet finish. External walls will be mm thick.and internal walls 90mm thick. We also need boundary wall, plot size is sqm not yet decided If we will do blocks or vibercrate walls. Thanks
Good morning, We are in the process of buying a house so it will be at least until October before the installation can take place. However, we want to get quotes in the interim. Our yard is sqm however the front wall is 26m (which is the most essential wall to have the fence). I am not sure what all information you require to give us an accurate quotation.
