Hi I would like a square meter rate for a torch on waterproof. There is existing torch on which is 20 years old, on a flat concrete roof. the square meters is sq/m. I would like a price first so we can see if we can afford it. It's a concrete roof . I am not there this next week, and we working on repairs on our house ,so we can extend our bond. 7.6 meters x 2,4 meters is the size of the deck. It is the area between the flat and the house. I am not % sure how many square meters it would be but I am hoping you can come measure the area and assist me with that.
After building has been done to the second story, painting is required on the outside of the walls to match the rest of the house.
