Good day, I’m looking for a quote to remodel two bathrooms, where I want to install a new bathtub, double vanity and toilet and other accessories. In the main bathroom, I would like to extend the bathroom by demolishing the staff quarter in the back about 3 x 2 m. I don’t have the building plans as yet.
Ground floor: an entrance patio that leads to the kitchen and a formal lounge that has a patio, then there’s a passage and when you enter the passage on the right there are stairs and next to the stairs there’s a bathroom and on the left there’s a dining room, going down the passage there’s bedroom 1 and 2, and at the end of the passage there’s a master bedroom with an en-suite and a patio, next to it there’s a garage. First floor: going up the stairs on you’ll end up on a passage facing bedroom 3, on the right of bedroom 3 there’s a pyjama lounge with a balcony, on the left of bedroom 3 there’s bedroom 4, opposite bedroom 4 there’s the study and between the study and the stairs there’s a bathroom. Down the passage, there’s a master bedroom with a master en-suite and between them, there’s a walk-in closet. This is my ideal house. I need a professional to execute it for me. Thank you

1. Kitchen Kitchen recently gutted and DIY fixes put in place. We are now looking at changing countertops and the cabinet to be much more user friendly. We prefer draws to cuboards for below counter. The floor to ceilng pantry cupboard needs to be replaced with a counter top with under-counter draws. We are hoping to keep exising cabinetry, but adapt the cuboards to draws. The above counter cabinets require new cupboard doors. We a have a blue (undercounter) and Whte above counter design. Window treatment must include a frame and window sill. Back door to be replaced with alluminium new sink. All plumbing works are complete. 2.Bathroom ( Main) We recently renovated our en-suite and would like to create the same design in the main bathroom, whihc is currently tiled floor to ceiling. only seeking new tiles up to half the wall ( white subway) - new Toilet, new sink and floating cabinet to replace existing items. 3.Patio / Fire Pit / Deck Require compbination of non-slip tile and maintenace -free decking. Retainer wall for splash pool to be retiled Patio area requires new IBR sheets and a ceiling installed. Remove tiles, bath, toilet, vanity from bathroom (b) make good 3.1 chase waste and plumbing to suit freestanding bath -/+ 1m from current position 4. remove carpets from bedrooms x 4 5. Knock through main bedroom wall into second bedroom - move electrical outlet - fit sliding barn door. 6. Remove bathroom door from main ensuite - fit sliding barn door 7. remove skirting boards in preparation for: 8. lay decorative screed floor over terracotta tile - whole house (m2 - house is empty of furniture - tile in good condition) 9. Paint natural wood ceilings in bedrooms x 4, kitchen & scullery - +/- m2 10. The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, citing room, balcony, and double garages. The needed additions would be 1 bathroom and a study area.

I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. I plan to add an additional garage as well, would like to remove the old swimming pool, and build a bigger one.
I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.
