We only have preliminary designs done but we know exactly what we want. 2 x 9x6 Nutec houses joined with a 1m passage. Similar outlay for each: Bedr & bathroom on each side with a 3x6 kitchen-lounge in the middle. Patio/veranda 3x1,5m with wooden deck added to each house, Total: 4 x ensuite bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 patios. Total plus minus sq m
Could you please quote me on the attached plans for a house at 36 Hillary rd in Mountain Homes. I would like to know which would you recommend, a Chromadek or tiled roof. Could you give me a costing for both, and if you would include the cost of putting either up. An itemized quote would be useful (Tiles / Chromadek & with or without installation) , and the turnaround time for installation would help me plan accordingly. many thanks
Just bought a vacant land, I just want to have a double storey house. When you walk in the first thing you seee is a big hallway faced by stairs leading to the bedrooms . Each bedroom with ensuite and a walk in closet. I would love 3 bedroom up stairs and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs. I want a big kitchen that would oppositely face the dining room. Also want two lounges one large, and the other one medium small.

This is a small extension of an enclosed braairoom +- 11m sq and the fitting of 2 existing windows and a newly constucted 4 m stack door. The roof is not tiled but some sort of metal or composite water proofing, light enough not to need a metal lintel. We require quotations to: 1. Build & plaster (or rhinolight) a solid boundary wall measuring 4 x 4 meters between an enclosed car parking space that separates two properties. 2. Addition to existing studio / room in the roof. What is required is brickwork, roof, floor (pine), no sanding and painting, and the windows and door (Aluminium): Engineering drawing for pinning the roof against the walls. No plastering inside / only outside. No plumbing / no electricity / no bathroom / no balcony. Thats it, unless I prefer email contact for the quotes.
I have 2 projects 1 approx 78m2 replace corrugated with ibr., check seal and repair woodwork and barge boards / facials ,almost flat roof..this is a stand alone out building . 1 approx 30 m2 shingles replace with suitable solution. Low slope 10 deg.this is an add on flat to the main house which currently leaks. I need advice on shingles or sheets for the flat. Thanks a mill
