I would like to inquire about both a renovation of the existing thatch or a complete replacement. The existing thatch roof condition is as follows: 1. The dressing has been combed out and the transverse wires are visible; 2. The dressing thickness is well below the South African National minimum standards of mm; 3. The roof capping will have to be replaced; 4. It is a door and a frame for a outside covered area where we are installing roll down canvas blinds and we need a door for an entrance. No idea what is possible and what will work so I need advise, quote and then installation. It is outside so it will need to be weather proof. A frame will have to be built and then a door which is only possible to open one way. There is a metal fence with a gate post, not sure if that will help. If you look at the photos, the door has to be where the gate is and it must be door height and the rest of the area up to the beam has to be closed off. The canvas blinds will then run from the door Frame, which will be where the gate is from the beam on top all the way to the ground, Hence the need for a frame.

My house is located on that crossing of 2 streets, very very lit by the street lights, with 1 main door and 1 garage door. As the access is in a L shape, the cameras would need to make a surveillance of 2 fronts of the house, with windows. I would like to be able to access the views on a App from my Iphone and be alerted in case of issues. Maybe the main door, the garage door need an alarm in case they are broken open. the flat is on square meter, 2 bedrooms ensuite baths and 1 living room open kitchen. + below garage entry that leads into a bedroom by stairs.
