And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
We have a face brick home with tile roof. Looking to add a 36m2 garage, adjacent to the house. Nothing fancy required - no ceiling boards and not necessary to plaster inside of garage. Single garage door, and a normal back-door. As mentioned, the garage will be adjacent to the house, so the existing face brick wall will serve as firewall between house and garage.
The main job would be to remove an old skew trap toilet and install a new one. If the old cistern is kept a leaky inlet pipe should be fixed as well. I would like I would like a quote for this. I would like to have a broken basin replaced. This would be done at the same time as the main job and so I would have them quoted together. Lastly I wish to see what it would cost to have a washing machine plumbed into the bathroom. Please quote this job as if you received the other two jobs as well. They need an accountant to approve the following: "As this is a self-employment a statement from your accountant must be provided to confirm the exact start and end date (dd/mm/yyyy) of employment and as well as the total number of hours or hours per week worked. Please note that we are unable to accept approximate, varying or average hours for service credit calculations." As I was only an online teacher and did my own tax and didn't need an accountant, this makes it pretty difficult to approve. I have all the information needed and have a statutory declaration as evidence, but they want an accountant to basically say the exact same thing. Will you please be able to assist me? it is urgent as they would need the document. thank you so much!

Cleaning of 2x bathrooms (showers, etc.) , 2x bedrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge area (no dining area) and balcony. Units to be cleaned on the outside and counter tops. Occasional cleaning of oven, and fridge on the inside (once every 3 months). Area has vinyl tiles throughout and only an area rug.
