1. Remodel an existing garage, with adjoining servant's quarter, into one big area (intending to use it as home office space). 2. Upgrade an existing separate servant's toilet, with new modern fittings. 3. Enclose an existing double carport, for use as a new garage. Or build a new double garage, depending on regulations. 4. Remodel/rebuild an existing lapa area with built-in braai. The current supporting structure is a combination of bricks and sleeper wood, with a thatched roof. Want to change the supporting structure to be bricks only and replace thatch with tiles, in full. Keeping built-in braai, in place. 5. Getting the plans in order, after that the building will commence.

I would like to refresh the interior (first phase) and exterior (second phase) of my house. The interior refresh will include painting the bathroom tiles, painting the floor tiles (whole house) and fixing cracks and holes in current tiling. The kitchen cabinets, tiles and walls will also require painting. Finally the interior walls will require repainting. Hopefully this can be done before the holidays. The exterior refresh will include repainting the boundary walls and the house exterior walls including the garage doors. Palisade fence between neighbors will also need to be painted white. This can happen in January.
We need help renovating our home we are purchasing. Its a 3 bedroom townhouse in a complex. We anticipate geting most of the rooms carpeted, sitting room as well as the stairs. The bathrooms (2) also need a retouch, and in the balconies we would like to close off with clear glass slide doors, as well as maybe add in a small room/storage area on the ground level on the garden side.

I want to extend my master bedroom by about 2.5m. Width of the bedroom is 4.0m. Roof height about 2.5m In the attachment: The dark grey walls are the existing bedroom. The cavity currently contains a window and a door, which will have to be removed and are not suited to reuse. The pink walls are for the extension. The thin pink line is a window. The slatted pink is the roof. The roof is flat and just an extension of the patio roof. No cupboards. Floor probably tiles.

We have a house at the Vaalriver in Orkney Klerskdorp. We have a toilet on the one side then we have a wall that use to be a build in cupboard and on the other side of the wall we have the basin and shower. We would like to brake the wall down to have a open plan bathroom. Then we need to purchase a new toilet, install a corner bath and upgrade the shower a little bit with a new shower door and new taps, it only has a shower curtain at the moment.
