Floor that will provide warmer underfoot than tiling. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. What to replace it with ? Insurance claim involved

1.We have existing wood back door with window panel. 2. We have a 2 door with small glass panels. 3. Bedroom window to convert to sliding door. And window panel on 1 of 2 sides. I need to replace the floors damaged by a burst pipe, lounge and bedroom 16 meter and the other room 14 metres. A cupboard needs to be unscrewed before the floor is layed. What would be the cost to replace the floors, labour. If you supply, i am looking for grey, what is the cost with material.

Double glazing would be ideal for blocking out loud noise and for insulation as my apartment sits on the fourth floor close to the freeway and Harbour in Durban.
