Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
I already have a 5kva inverter with Lithium batteries installed. Only need solar panels for this. Gas stove and gas geysers already installed

A faulty chimney in a fireplace of an old house caused the loft floor and yellow wood beams to catch fire, some damage was done, not extensive. This floor needs to be restored to its original state and the chimney made safe / beams insulated for proper future use. 2. Leaking roof areas caused substantial internal damage, damp on walls and damage to meranti ceilings.
