I'm looking for someone to build a boundary wall in front of my house. We do have walls in front but it needs to be taken down to build the new wall. Wall specifications: > 2-2.5m high. >Double brick wall. >Right side of the gate is the wall 13m in length and the left side is 1m in length. We do not have an idee how we want the wall to look but we are in the proses of searching for something.
I want to build a boundary wall in front of my garage and carport, I'm not sure how big the space is, but it cannot be more than 15 meters using a facebrick that is in line with what is used in the complex. there will be a gate to the garage and i will decide if i need a gate in front of the carport. the garage and the carport are side by side. The other 3 sides of the house already have walls, it is just the front.
Good morning, Hope you are well. We are looking for a landscaper to redo our garden in Paarl. We have a preliminary idea of the garden, please see below. image.png 1. The is currently a palisade fence and we require a solution for privacy, but it cannot be a permanent structure such as a wall due to estate rules. Maybe a decorative privacy screen. 2. We would like a build in L-shape concrete bench that should be painted approximately 3m each side. 3. A workbench for prepping space & pizza oven ( should be 1.1m deep and 1.6m wide) 4. A wall water feature with Moroccan tile that should be approximately 1.8m (L) x 1.5m (H). Between the workbench and the water feature there should be some plants. 5. Area 5 should be built in concrete, painted planter boxes with landscaping 6. Area 6 should be soft landscaping with no permanent structures.- Sunny area 7. We require a solution for ground covering e.g pavers with greenage in between. In front of the bench there should be a rectangular built-in fire pit. Total area +- 21m2 8. Walkway with pavers and chipstone leading to the garden (Total area +- 5m2) 9. We currently have 3 large cypress trees and require soft landscaping in between. This area is full shade. According to estate rules we cannot make any changes to the estate wall, so all structures (bench, water feature and planter boxes) cannot be connected to the wall. Please find attached some ideas for the look and feel. Will you please assist with a budget quote? Then after a consultation we can firm up pricing for possible order placement. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards

We are purchasing an existing m² house and we will add m² which includes 3 additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The design style is modern farmhouse. The existing building will be updated as well to follow the design style which will include changing the existing flat roof to a peak roof. The buildings will sit on a m² stand (W 34m x L 94m )
Buying a property and wanting to convert to an office with a large boardroom or hall and to possibly add a few rooms to use as a guesthouse or backpacker. At the moment it is just a msq stand with a building in one corner and a second building on the side, I need ideas on how best to explore and maximize the land and with the additions that we have in mind. Main building also a little old looking, would love a modernizing touch.
Want to replace an existing wooden wendy house (which has water and sewage systems) and replace it with a 3 room out building. A center room with mini kitchenette (sink and small work space with overhead space for microwave and cupboard space) which serves as small seating area, and one room either side as office space (for desk and some storage) This will obviously require plans and clearances to be obtained upfront.
We have a face brick home with tile roof. Looking to add a 36m2 garage, adjacent to the house. Nothing fancy required - no ceiling boards and not necessary to plaster inside of garage. Single garage door, and a normal back-door. As mentioned, the garage will be adjacent to the house, so the existing face brick wall will serve as firewall between house and garage.
