A trust i own had two properties. I sold one and live in one. Bad sequence of events happened. I moved to the cape. Got a new accountant. She emigrated to england and left me in the hands of her employer. I left him because the service was bad. The next accountant died of covid. The next one got brain cancer and i must get a new accountant. Sars wants me to pay almost in tax for revenue they claim i got from rent. Two townhouses with a big bond cannot earn enough to pay so much tax. I need help!

It would help to get the price for one of each type of unit, as our budget won't stretch to doing all the units at once.
