Redo floors (open plan living and dining, hallways, kitchen) and looking to revamp kitchen if possible. Floors currently low quality laminate. There is a covered courtyard between kitchen and garages that could be used to expand kitchen if necessary/possible, alternatively could be turned into scullery/washing room. Good day, we are a very small company and are looking to gain a bit of help from some financial experts on how we can navigate filing our annual financial statements. Takealot has taken fees and payments out of our earnings and have paid substantial tax on our part through the services rendered. My husband currently pays maintenance to his ex-wife for their two children. The maintanence comprises of 3 parts,namely a cash portion to the ex-wife, 50% of school and educational expenses and medical aid. The mother of tglhe children firmly believe that due to the children staying with her,she can place them in any school of her choice and the father just have to pay if he can afford it or not. She also insists that the children must be on a medical aid,however she does not use it all and takes the children to Steve Biko Hospital for treatments

I have a very old geyser, which I’d now tripping the electricity. Probably need a replacement but was hoping for a water heater that’s not as expensive as replacing an electric geyser. Any suggestions and I need the cost of doing anything please? I need hot water in my bathroom and also in my kitchen. Bathroom has a bath and a shower.
